The Park City Film Council, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, runs the Park City Film Series. The Park City Film Series brings films and film-related events not normally available through commercial outlets to the Park City community. We provide our viewers the opportunity to experience and view films that have obtained recognition as unique and exceptional cinematic efforts.
We offer several different sponsorship and underwriting options to our local businesses, artists and professionals to help us fund the Park City Film Series. Our advertising rates are one of the least expensive and cost effective forms of advertising you'll find around.
Advertising - $125/$200/$300
- Our $125 calendar advertising package displays one image in our pre-film slide show before each screening during an eight-week period. This would equate to our audience viewing your image 6 times each evening, 36 times each weekend, for a total of 288 times per eight week run. Since our average weekend attendance is around 400 people, that’s 3,200 people viewing your image over the eight-week period.
- Our $200 calendar advertising package displays two of your images in our pre-film slide show before each screening during an eight-week period. This would equate to our audience viewing each of your two images 6 times each evening, 36 times each weekend, for a total of 288 times per eight week run. Since our average weekend attendance is around 400 people, that’s 3,200 people viewing your images over the eight-week period.
- Our $300 calendar advertising package displays three of your images in our pre-film slide show before each screening for an eight-week period. This would equate to our audience viewing each of your three images 6 times each evening, 54 times each weekend, for a total of 432 times per eight week run. Since our average weekend attendance is around 400 people, that’s 3,200 people viewing your images over the eight-week period.
Film Underwriting - $350
- As an underwriter of an individual film, your business name will appear in the description of that film on our printed calendar as the underwriter, as well as having each of your three images projected 6 times prior to each screening (54 per weekend) for that calendar period (a total of 432 projections during the eight-week period). Your business name will also be displayed on our web site as the film's underwriter (with a link to your website), in our weekly e-blast, which goes out to 4,000 people, and in our coming attractions portion of our pre-film slide show. This sponsorship option also includes one 6-pass punch card, redeemable for regular screenings and has no expiration date.
Calendar Sponsorship - $500
- By sponsoring one of our 8-week film calendars, your company's business logo will be prominently displayed on the bottom of our printed calendar, which is distributed at all our screenings, as well as mailed and distributed to over 2,000 Park City and Summit County businesses and households. Furthermore, your business logo will also be displayed in our pre-film slide show and on our website (which includes a link to your website). In addition, the Park City Film Series will project three of your images prior to all screenings, giving our audience the opportunity to view each of your images 6 times each night, 54 times each weekend, for a total of 432 times each 8 week calendar. This sponsorship also includes two 6-pass punch cards, redeemable for regular screenings with no expiration date.
