Newly single and restless at his job, the astute Josh Radnor plays a man in his 30s reevaluating his life. His deep nostalgia for college days - the dining halls and dorm rooms, the parties and poetry seminars - makes him wonder if his best days are behind him. When his favorite professor, played by the always reliable Richard Jenkins, invites him back to campus to speak at his retirement dinner, Radnor jumps at the chance. There he meets an enticing sophomore played by a vibrant Elizabeth Olsen. Despite the difference in their ages, she awakens in him long-dormant feelings of possibility and connection. This is a moving comedy of blossoming sex and romance.
An artful blend of tenderness and sharp, clear-eyed observations... Smart, appealing and thoughtful. - USA Today
