This is the true story of painter Margaret Keane, played by Golden Globe Award winner Amy Adams, who worked in obscurity while her husband gleaned the notoriety for being the face of her popular work. Her paintings become a pop-culture phenomenon and Margaret must find the confidence to reclaim the works that have been credited to her husband. Oscar winner Christoph Waltz plays the scheming husband in Tim Burton’s colorful drama, set in San Francisco in the 1950’s and 60’s.
